COMPANY BACKGROUND:
PC Shop Ltd. was established in November 2000 with its factory, office and retail distribution base in Hong Kong SAR (herein referred as “HKSAR”) as an environmental partner in recycling used/empty inkjet cartridges and remanufacturing compatible inkjet cartridges for Printers. PC Shop Ltd. (herein referred as “PCS”) is an organization of professional engineers and staff that created and developed all research, assembled remanufacturing equipment, techniques and procedures for production.

 NATURE OF BUSINESS:
PCS’s main office and factory premises is located in Kwun Tong, it has a local retail and distribution outlet in North Point, and retail vending machines in Hung Hom Polytechnic University and Fortress Hill MTR Station. PCS is a leading Hong Kong based manufacturer of recycled or compatible inkjet cartridges, with all its remanufactured products “Proudly Made In Hong Kong”, all brand new cartridges produced in our 50,000sq foot factory in Zhu Hai, China and over 90% of its cartridges are exported to overseas markets, less than 10% of its cartridges are sold in HKSAR locally by retailers, or by retail outlet, telemarketing, internet retailing, vending machines and direct sales and delivery service.

PC Shop Ltd.’s company mission is to achieve market leadership in remanufactured and compatible inkjet cartridge industry, supporting and assisting both the Hong Kong and China Environment by promoting recycling cartridges. To achieve the highest standards of quality and ensure consistency, PCS have implemented selective purchasing of superior quality materials (just like a restaurant owner at the fresh food market), stringent quality control and sample testing every batch of raw materials (ie. Such as Empty Cartridges, Ink, etc…) before production and used the latest and best available equipment for cleansing, ink filling, testing and packaging equipment. The driven success has depended on forefront innovation in design, planning, production, management, highest standard of quality assurance, distribution, marketing, sales and customer service.
